Bridge to Broadway Summer Theater Camp

The City of Joliet is excited to partner with the Joliet Drama Guild to present Bridge to Broadway, a dynamic Drama and Tech Summer Camp at Bicentennial Park Theatre designed for children and youth up to age 18.

Camp Dates: Monday-Thursday June 15- July 9

Performance Dates "Finding Nemo, Jr": Dress Rehearsal Friday, July 10; Performances Saturday July 11 & Sunday July 12 @2pm

Ages & Cost

$275 - Ages 5 years old to incoming fourth graders (beginners): 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

$350 - Ages incoming fourth graders (previous theater experience) to graduating seniors 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

This four-week program offers hands-on experience in acting, technical theater, and live performance, giving participants the opportunity to learn, execute, and refine skills both onstage and behind the scenes. Camp meets Monday through Thursday during the summer months of June through July and culminates in a live performance of the Finding Nemo, Jr. musical that showcases students’ creativity, teamwork, and confidence.

*Additional camper information will need to be completed closer to start of camp.
