We're excited to launch Rebound's Bridge to Brisbane Training Program - a community-focused, race-specific 10-week build for the 5 & 10km.
This program is built for:
- First-timers who want to cross the finish line feeling good
- Runners chasing a PB in the 5 or 10km
- Triathletes wanting to sharpen their run performance
- Anyone who wants to train with a crew, not just a plan
Whether you're in Brisbane for in-person coached sessions or following the plan remotely via TrainingPeaks, the structure works around you.
