Bridge to AI: The Operator's Circle
About this Event
Join Bridge to AI for their Operator's Circle
This is a small, in-person session for people running or operating SMBs.
No sales. No recordings. Real experiences.
Just a group of people comparing notes on how they’re using AI right now.
- Some are deep in it.
- Some are just getting started.
- Some are just curious what’s possible.
Who this is for:
- SMB owners and operators
- People actively trying to apply AI in their business
- People willing to share and learn from others
If you’re looking for a polished presentation or to sit quietly in the back, this probably isn’t it.
What we’ll do (60 min):
- Quick perspective on where AI is going (and what actually matters)
- A few real examples and working use cases (some from others in the room)
- Open discussion
What to bring:
- Something you’ve tried (good or bad)
- Questions you’re stuck on
- Or just curiosity

Welcome, Intros and Industry Updates
Info: We're going to just do a few minutes of introductions, industry updates and welcome.
Opening Discussion
Info: We're going to open up the hour with about 10-15 minutes of discussion (we'll have a few prompts for context) so people can share a bit what their thinking about or needs.
Building Out Skills: Let's Review a Skill in Claude
Info: Going to walk through a skill we've developed in Claude. If you're newer, a “skill” is basically a reusable capability or workflow that gives Claude extra structure, instructions, tools, or knowledge for a specific task. Think of it like this: A prompt is a one-time instruction. A skill is a packaged way of working (repeatable, sharable and all the "ables").
Security with AI
Info: We're going to have a speak chat a few minutes on security with AI in the workplace.
7 Years of Meetings: Applying AI to City Council Meetings
Info: In preparation for a city council run, Marty decided to analyze 107 city council meetings spanning multiple years. He's going to walk through the workflow of how he brought this idea to life.
Heading to Braxton
Info: This is the point. Meet others who are actively thinking about and working with AI.
