Bridalwood Stream Design- Concept Level In-Person Public Meeting

Please join us on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 6:30 – 8:00p.m. at the Community Room, located at 16 S Summit Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 for an in-person public meeting

The City of Gaithersburg's Department of Public Works has contracted Coastal Resources Inc. to redesign a dry pond located northeast of the intersection of Bradenton Court and Sioux Lane.The project will include a feasibility study to remove the concrete weir and replace the 190 ft of linear complex with a more natural wetland complex.

The project aims to reduce maintenance, improve water quality and to restore habitats. We will share three concept level designs that residents can provide feedback that will be utilized to choose improve the final design.
