Join us for a 75-minute experience designed to help you step away from the stress and into a space of peace, movement, and community. We’ll begin with a grounding welcome, move through a 45-minute gentle all-levels flow to release tension and reconnect to yourself, and close with a 15-minute sound bath + guided relaxation so you leave feeling refreshed, centered, and cared for.
