Brickworks Theatre Company: Short Play Nights!
Five plays and five local St. Louis area playwrights.
One shared stage for all things odd (and a whole lot to think about!)
Brickworks Theatre Company is kicking off our 2026–27 season with Short Play Night: two nights of short-form theatre made for curious people.
We’re bringing together five plays from five playwrights, each taking us somewhere completely different. Across the evening, we’ll play with questions of choice, humanity, groupthink, self-identity, connection, and the strange ways we figure out who we are when other people are watching.
On the shared stage:
Looking for Mothman by Breanna Bright
Optimal Parameters by Kasey Kopp
The Taypocalypse (10 Minute Version) by Mikayla Delos-Santos
A Straight Line by Stephen Tronicek
The Line by Victor W. Freeman
If you like your theatre up close and a little unexpected, come interested in asking questions and pull up a seat with us!
And because we believe good theatre should belong to the people who live here, tickets are Pay-What-You-Wish in Brickworks fashion.
