BRICK Pop Up: Rhythm & Wellness Market

BRICK Pop Up Shops will host the Rhythm and Wellness Pop Up at The MORTAR Building, 2453 Gilbert Ave, on April 11th from 12:00 to 4:00 pm.

BRICK Pop Up Shops is an extension of MORTAR, with a focus on being the space and opportunity for entrepreneurs to test their ideas in real time. In collaboration with local entrepreneurs, The MORTAR Building will hold a FREE yoga class to start and a FREE workout class that will take place during the Pop Up to get people moving.

The rhythm and wellness classes hosted will break down barriers at the event and showcase local wellness vendors, complimentary tea and fruit, and a calming lounge for people to just...be.
