Join us Sundays from 1:30–2:30 PM for a 6-week faith and fitness community focused on encouragement, connection, and building strength together.
Each week includes:
✨ A short Bible lesson and encouragement
✨ Boot camp style circuit training
✨ Modifiable exercises for ALL fitness levels
✨ Community and accountability in a welcoming environment
Whether you’re just getting started, getting back into fitness, or already active, this group is designed so everyone can participate at their own pace. Every exercise can be modified from beginner to advanced.
You do NOT have to be a member of the church to attend. Everyone is welcome.

💪 Ages 16 and up welcome
💪 Minors must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian
Important:
For safety reasons, no children may attend or remain in the workout area during the class.
