Join us for a brick workout to celebrate Bike Month! A "brick" workout is a bike ride followed by a run, used by triathlon/duathlon athletes to train for race transitions. Enjoy new scenery downtown Toledo and then enjoy breakfast with friends. Several pace groups will ride a 15-mile loop around east Toledo and then participants may choose their own running route, enjoying the riverfront vistas and downtown points of interest.
As is our tradition, the ride will be followed by breakfast. There are several Bike Month activities going on Saturday including the Bike Month Kickoff party from 11-2.
