🏁 Brian Brooks Blue Plate Memorial Race
Date: October 10, 2026
Time: Sign-ins will be from 2:00-3:00pm, driver's meeting at 3:30pm, opening ceremonies starting at 4:00pm.
This event honors Brian Brooks’ passion for racing, sportsmanship, and fair competition.
• Red Rookie Class runs separately under standard Red Plate rules
• All other classes compete together using identical equipment:
• Honda 120 Engine
• Blue Restrictor Plate
• D10 Tires
• 290-pound minimum weight
This format emphasizes driver skill and racecraft.
🏁 Race Format
• All drivers compete in Heat Races
• Heat winners advance to the Dash
• Dash starting positions are randomly drawn
• Dash results set the front of the Feature
• Remaining spots filled through Lower Mains
• Feature includes 11 qualifiers + 1 Promoter’s Provisional
🎟️ Fundraiser Incentives
Ticket sales directly impact race day:
🏆 Top Two Ticket Sellers are added to the Dash, if not already qualified, guaranteeing a Feature spot
🏁 Heat Race pill draw is based on ticket sales ranking
Every ticket sold supports the Scholarship Program —and can improve your race position.
