Introducing the Brewsday Tuesday dinner series.
Join our first Brewsday Tuesday dinner series as we explore beer and bar food from around the world.
The menus are paired with three beers presented by Nectar owners, Josh and Katie Wade. Dates can be purchased individually or you can go “all in” and join us for all five dinners for a discounted price.
To purchase click “Select Date” then “Tickets.” We look forward to seeing you for this fun and tasty series. The dinners start at approximately 6pm. Doors open at 5pm for those wanting to join early. Want to buy multiple dates? Call 509.951.2096 and we can ring you up over the phone.
October 7 USA
Appetizer: Tater tots with chili & cheese
Main: Juicy Lucy: ⅓ pound beef burger stuffed with cheese and served with caramelized beer onions, fresh tomato, lettuce and choice of sauces
Dessert: Porter coconut brownies
October 14 Mexico
Appetizer: Queso & chips and Esquites
Main: Ancho crusted mahi mahi tacos with avocado cream slaw and habanero salsa
Dessert: Dos Equis Mexican chocolate pudding
October 21 Germany
Appetizer: Pretzels with beer cheese
Main: German sausages and sauerkraut with herbed spaetzle
Dessert: Stout Black Forest cake
October 28 Japan
Appetizer: Charred shashito peppers with bonito flakes & sriracha dipping sauce
Main: Tonkotsu ramen: Tonkotsu broth with chard pork belly & a soft boiled egg
Dessert: Matcha ice cream with beer caramel
November 4 Australia
Appetizer: Potato wedges with sweet chili & sour cream
Main: Meat pies
Dessert: Fosters sticky toffee pudding
