We’re raising a glass to great craft beer and unforgettable food at a Special Saturday Brewmaster Lunch featuring the bold, flavor-forward creations of Salty Walrus Brewing. Their distinctive brews will be flowing as we welcome their Brewmaster, William Peltzer, to share stories, inspiration, and tasting notes that bring each pint to life.
On the menu: a gourmet appetizer, a hearty Open-Face New York Steak Sandwich piled high with perfectly grilled, tender slices of beef, topped with savory accompaniments, and served alongside crispy Kennebec Beer-Battered Wedges - golden, crunchy, and irresistibly good. And because every great meal deserves a sweet finale, we’ll be scooping up our housemade peach ice cream, crafted with ripe, juicy peaches for a creamy, refreshing finish to the afternoon.
