"Holy Roman Empire and a Tour of the Mediterranean"
Five Course Meal with Drink Pairings
$85 per person inclusive tax & gratuity.

Dinner will be paired with culture, history and conversation:
► Course 1: Italy - Raviolo al' Uovo: Haus made Ravioli with Ricotta filling and Egg Yolk. Served with Pancetta and Brown Butter Sauce.
► Course 2: Spain - (Prawns) Gamba al Ajillo: Seared Jumbo Shrimp in a sizzling skillet of Garlic Chili Olive Oil. Served with toasted Baguette.
► Course 3: France - Ratatouille: Provencal Vegetable Stew made with Tomatoes, Zucchini, Eggplant and Peppers simmered together with Garlic, Onion and Basil over a Tomato Sauce.
► Course 4: Greek - Aρνίσιο μπούτι: Lamb Shank laid over a creamy Garlic Mash Potato, covered in Greek style Gravy.
► Course 5: Dessert Tour: Italy- Cannoli, Spain- Crema Catalan, France - Tarte aux Fruits Frais, Greece - Baklava
