Ever wondered what goes on back there in the SBC Brewery and the TID Distillery? Well - now's your chance! Come learn about it all from our Director of Production (brewery and distillery), Brian Allen.
Interested in the brewing and/or distillation process? Wanna know how they are making your Songbird Original Gin back there? Wanna experience the incredible smell of the hops that go into your favorite West Coast IPA, Greene Ghost?
Then this fun, full-sensory experience is for you! Engage the sights, smells, feel, and sounds inside a fully operational brewery and distillery, as you journey through the brewing and distilling process from beginning to end. Learn about the history of the SBC Brewery, the expansions, the evolutions, and the same with the TID Distillery, now that all 3 still systems are up and running.
