Describing himself as brewing on the ‘lunatic fringe’, he is the height behind the name of the brewery and a fiercely independent farmer, innovator and wild fermenter producing genuine farmhouse ale, cider & mead on a farm in Tasmania's beautiful Derwent Valley. We are very excited about this one!
