Brew at the Zoo is back! Raffles, auctions, food trucks, music and MORE! Hosted by Riptide Brewing Company in Naples at 987 3rd Avenue North. Riptide opens at noon. Enjoy limited-time panther-themed craft beer, bid on custom art created by Athena, purchase special edition panther crossing shirts, beer koozies, and more! Free Naples Zoo tickets will also be given away every hour during the event. 100% of the proceeds benefit efforts for panthers in the wild. Naples Zoo staff will be at Riptide from 3 pm to 7 pm providing Panther Crossing vehicle decals to all who commit to driving posted speeds in wildlife crossing zones.
The limited-release beers are named for panthers associated with Naples Zoo: Athena Ale is a mango and peach wheat ale while Uno Ale is a mosaic pale ale. Riptide will donate $2 from each draft pint sold. A limited number of 4-pack cans with custom art will also be available. Athena the Florida panther at Naples Zoo is even pitching in to help her wild cousins by adding her painted paw print stylings on art prints of Big Cypress National Preserve where she was born as well as on gallery wrap photos of herself. A custom behind-the-scenes tour of the facilities where Naples Zoo provides care for injured or orphaned panthers is also up for bid.
