Brew Fire Cider & Explore Chinese Medicine on a Rooftop Farm!

Boost your immunity this fall with homemade "fire cider" on the rooftop of Bluma Farm! Attendees will brew their own fire cider using fresh, hand-picked herbs from the farm. This traditional folk tonic is known for its hot, pungent, sour, and sweet flavors and is used to fortify immunity, ease cold symptoms, aid digestion and circulation.

Dr. Ana and Dr. Ozben will guide us through the benefits of fire cider, introducing Chinese medicinal concepts and immunity support through food and drink. The workshop will also include gentle Qigong movements to regulate breath and promote wellness.

Pre-registration is required to ensure enough jars and ingredients for all. Supplies will be provided.
