Dive into the art of fermenting kombucha with this hands-on workshop, where you’ll learn to brew your own fizzy, probiotic-rich drink from scratch.
Our Garden Manager, Dylan Hanneman, will guide you through the process—mixing tea, nurturing your SCOBY, and perfecting fermentation—while sharing tips for flavoring and troubleshooting. Participants will leave with their own starter batch and the know-how to keep brewing at home!
