Brett Long, Max Matzen, & Louisa Peng Collaborative Recital: Premiere: New Works for Two Trumpets

ETSU faculty members Brett Long and Louisa Peng are joined by guest artist Max Matzen of Utah State University for an evening featuring trumpet and piano. Long and Matzen bring extensive experience as performers and educators, with careers spanning solo, chamber, orchestral, and jazz performance. Peng, an active collaborative pianist and ETSU faculty member, has worked extensively with instrumentalists and vocalists in performance and educational settings. Together, the three artists present a varied program highlighting the versatility of the trumpet and the possibilities of musical collaboration.
