Transport yourself back to the 1940s at the Bressingham Steam Museum 1940s Day.With Steam engines and a vintage Gallopers, Bressingham is the perfect place to transport yourself back to this bygone period. Once again Bressingham will be transformed into a scene from days at the height of the Battle of Britain.
There will be multiple living history displays to bring the period alive. Throughout the day there will be Live music reminiscent of the period as well as dance demonstrations.
On top of all the added attractions, Bressingham's usual activities will be in full swing, with all of our railway lines in full steam and our ever-popular Gallopers.
The museum will also be open, allowing visitors to take a stroll around our recreation of Walmington-on-Sea from the popular TV series Dad's Army.
Carriages café will also be open and serving some tasty treats and light refreshments.
