About this Event
The Brentwood Historical Society is sponsoring prime space spots. Price includes one 10 ft. space on the lot in front of or in the lot between the high school and the library (first come first served). This spot is prime for foot traffic on Brownsville road- it is shaded by tall trees and in years past sellers have ALWAYS made their fee back
All Proceeds benefit the Brentwood Historical Society. These proceeds work to continue to archive Brentwood's history and offer scholarships to graduating high school Seniors.

By purchasing a spot you agree to the following:
*All vendors must take all garbage, rubbish, boxes and unsold items with you. Nothing is to be left on the premises. Nothing is to be left in any other spot. Your space will be inspected before you leave. Failure to follow these procedures will result in a $50 charge.
*Vendors will have a 10 ft. space to place as many tables as they wish. Tables will NOT be provided.
Reservations will be by advance payment of space. Subletting spaces is prohibited. Spaces will be marked and available on the day of the sale- NO Setting up of spaces is permitted before 6:30 am on the date of the sale.
No vehicles can be permitted on the space, loading and unloading zones will be available. Vendor’s vehicle will need to be moved to parking area at entrance of the park.
Spaces will be sold to Brentwood and surrounding residents on a first come first serve basis. limited spaces will be sold.
No illegal items, fireworks, firearms, liquor or pornographic material is to be sold at this site. Baked goods and beverages NOT individually wrapped cannot be sold unless you have a PA Limited food establishment license or equivalent (Must be displayed at the event).
Food and Drink items sales will be restricted to those who have a limited food license or commercial kitchen licenses registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania due to liability issues. YOur license must be displayed at the time of sale.
All vendors must maintain a clean, neat and safe display and keep walkways clear.
Disagreements, arguments and disputes will not be tolerated. Disregard for the rules and policies will be grounds to cancel agreements and vendor will be immediately removed from the site.
No refund will be issued unless it is a proven and absolute emergency. Brentwood Historical society is a 501 c-3 and your payment will be considered a tax deductible donation.
Vendors should be set up and operating by 9:00 am.
Brentwood Historical society, Brentwood Library, Brentwood High School and The Borough of Brentwood are not responsible for any injury, lost, stolen, broken or misplaced articles or goods on the premises. Vendor agrees to hold all parties harmless.
