Breathwork Workshop: Trauma Informed Breathwork

David Gregory is a US infantry and anti-terrorism Marine who was injured by a car bombing in Iraq and now teaches Breathwork and trauma integration. David will guide you through various techniques to help you tap into the power of your breath for healing and self-discovery.
