Join us for an afternoon of inspiration and healing!
You will be guided through the powerful and profound experience of conscious, connected breathing that will lead you to a healthier breath pattern... allowing you to clear out the old energies that are taking up valuable space in your being.
This clearing supports you in gaining insights and inspirations so you can access the peace that lives within you, and bring your visions to reality.
This 2.5-hour workshop includes a brief introduction to breathwork, facilitated breathwork session and debrief/question-answer time.
