Breathwork is a therapeutic modality where our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual bodies are engaged in pure awareness allowing us to enter deeper states of consciousness.This is where the magic of transformation lies, where your breath, body and nervous system release energies and self regulate.
Martine's approach is gentle, intuitive and live sounds of violin, guitar and voice are used to create a deeper transformational experience on a vibrational level.
This is a group breathwork session at Flex+ at Mediatrix, Qormi. Yoga mats will be provided and some blankets, feel free to bring your own.

Booking is required beforehand through WhatsApp +393317500828 or DM. The session is €20 per person and can be paid via Revolut @martinewaltier or cash.
Martine is a qualified breathwork practitioner and kundalini yoga teacher as well as a professional musician. She incorporates all her skills into the sessions she facilitates and encourages openness, humour and gentleness.
