Breathwork is a rhythmic cycle of inhalations and exhalations that activates the life force energy within the body. This ancient practice has been used across cultures to bring the body, mind, and spirit into a state of balance and even transcendence. Just as yoga supports the body, breathwork offers a path to align the mind—especially in moments of imbalance or overwhelm.
In Ayurveda, the mind is said to have four aspects: Chitta (memory), Buddhi (intellect), Ahamkara (ego), and Manas (sensory mind). Breathwork serves as a bridge that unites these four aspects, opening the door to a state of Pure Consciousness. Those who reach this peak state often describe it as light, blissful, energizing, and deeply clarifying—calming the mind while awakening the body.
With recent studies highlighting breathwork’s ability to influence brain waves, autonomic functions, and even pain perception, this is more than just a wellness trend—it’s a scientifically proven way to biohack your body’s natural intelligence!!!
No experience is necessary to join this class. Each session begins with a short introduction to the practice and closes with time to rest in gentle awareness. You are invited to come exactly as you are and breathe your way into balance.

About Hali
Hali is a certified breathwork facilitator and holistic wellness guide, trained in conscious breathwork techniques by Audra Bear.She discovered breathwork in 2019 during a time of deep personal transformation and found it to be an accessible, science-backed method for reducing stress, improving mental clarity, and achieving deep relaxation. Hali is completing her Bachelors in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine and Minor in Classical Yoga from Mahrishi University.
Seeking to expand her knowledge, Hali completed an 8-week certification in breathwork facilitation, incorporating methods inspired by the latest research on oxygen efficiency, nervous system regulation, and altered states of consciousness. She began offering private virtual sessions before transitioning to in-person immersive classes, where she integrates:

✔ Healing music & sound therapy to deepen the experience
✔ Mantra work and sound release vocalized exhale to enhance emotional well-being
