Step into a powerful breathwork class designed to help you connect with the deepest parts of yourself, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate a profound sense of self-love. Each session is unique to every participant, but one thing is certain—you will leave feeling remarkably different than when you arrived. Most attendees report feeling calmer, clearer, less stressed, and more creative. Prepare for a primal scream and a beautiful heart-opening meditation that will leave you feeling renewed.

Meghan and Caron will guide you through the breathwork technique, leading you through the active breathing phase (there’s a bit of work involved!) while Amy will support the integration process, allowing you to rest and heal with the soothing sounds of sacred instruments. The session will culminate in a beautiful heart-opening meditation during the sound integration.
Space is limited, so we highly recommend registering in advance. We look forward to sharing this sacred time with you.
Here are a few tips to best prepare:
✨ Arrival Time: Please arrive between 9:45 AM and 9:55 AM.
✨ Location: Head to the "509 Entrance" banner.
✨ Address: 509 W Fayette Street, Suite #246
✨ Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
✨ Comfort: Wear comfy clothes. We now offer comfortable mats and blankets for you to use at the center.
**Important Note:** If this is your first experience at the Center, please ensure you arrive by 9:45 AM and no later than 9:55 AM, as the door will lock at that time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals, as no one will be available to open the door after 9:55 AM.
