Breathwork: The Pathway to Surrender

The intention of this practice is to help you release tension, connect with your inner self, and activate the parts of you that have been locked away in your subconscious mind. Through guided breathing exercises, you will learn to surrender to the present moment in order to unlock your power within.

Whether you are new to breathwork or have been practicing for years, this event is open to all levels. Don't miss this opportunity to deepen your practice and experience the profound benefits of surrendering through your breath.

Our breathwork experience will begin with a brief introduction and details of what you can expect, followed by an invitation to set your intention for your practice.
