Do you find yourself constantly "on the go" and unable to truly switch off, even after the workday ends? Are you hitting a wall by 3:00 PM, struggling with brain fog and the feeling that you are running on fumes?

In high-pressure professional roles, whether you are in the boardroom, a client's meeting room or classroom, your ability to stay clear-headed and resilient is your most valuable asset. But when your nervous system is stuck in a cycle of constant stress, your energy, focus, and sleep quality inevitably suffer - impacting not just your performance but how you feel in yourself.

  • What: Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation
  • When: Fridays, 12:00 – 12:45 (please arrive 10 mins before)
  • Where: The Core Building, meet at reception 10 mins before class starts
  • Experience: No prior experience with breathwork is required.

Precision Tools for Professional Resilience

The breath is the fastest, most direct access point we have to our central nervous system. In this 45-minute session, Christina will teach you how to work with your physiology to manage stress and optimise your energy levels in real-time.

In this session, you will learn to:

  • Optimise Afternoon Energy: Use simple "up-regulating" techniques to clear brain fog and boost focus without reaching for a third coffee.
  • Down-Regulate Naturally: Master tools to shift from "high-alert" to "grounded calm," preparing your system for better recovery and restorative sleep.
  • Fuel Your Foundation: Understand the science of how your breath can improve your overall physical and emotional resourcefulness.
  • Real-Time Application: Take away "micro-practices" that can be used discreetly during a busy workday to reset your system in seconds.

By signing up for and participating in this event with Christina Lord (“CL”), you agree to the following:

Health & Participation I confirm that I am fit to take part in physical activity and will inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations that may affect my participation before the session begins. I understand it is my responsibility to seek medical advice if needed.

Assumption of Risk / Contraindications: Breathwork can involve active breathing patterns. This session is not suitable for those who are pregnant or those with a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, or seizure disorders. If you have any health concerns, please seek medical advice from your GP before attending.

Liability Waiver To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless CL, including all instructors, staff, and the venue, from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from my participation.

Accessibility & Emergency Evacuation (PEEPs) I agree to flag any visual impairments, limited mobility, or disabilities to the instructor immediately upon arrival. This ensures the venue can accommodate my safety and position me near a primary emergency exit with a clear, unobstructed pathway.

Emergency Care I consent to receive emergency medical treatment if required during the event and accept full responsibility for any associated costs.

Agreement By purchasing a ticket and signing up, I confirm that I have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms of this waiver.

Photo Consent: You consent to promotional photography/videography being taken during the session (please let the instructor know before class if you wish to opt-out).
