Breathwork, Soundbath & Energy Alignment

Join us for this evening clearing and intention setting event with our hosts, Shea Gold of Crystals & Clinical and Katie Wiley.

Our work together will begin with cacao and intention setting. Katie will lead the group through breathwork, followed by energy work with Shea and a sound bath. These combined modalities will release and clear what no longer serves you, creating space for the intentions you wish to cultivate moving forward.

At the end of our time you will have the option to enjoy some contrast therapy, using the cold plunge and sauna.

We would recommend:

• Bring a blanket, journal, yoga mat, and swimsuit (if you’d like to make use of the cold plunge)
• Please refrain from eating at least 2 hours prior to the session
• Wear comfortable clothes
• Arrive at least 10 minutes before the session to get settled in
