You will be immersed in a sound experience-the grounding rhythm of the Rain Drum, the deep resonance of Sound Bowls, the gentle whispers of Wind Chimes, and the earthy pulse of the Maraca-each vibration guiding you deeper into release, healing and balance.

Although breathwork is used for healing purposes, in some cases people have experienced adverse effects and, as a result, breathwork is contraindicated (not recommended) for those with:
* A personal or family history of severe mental illness, psychosis, personality disorders, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis, suicidality, or drug and alcohol addiction.
* Seizure disorders or epilepsy.
* A history of cardiovascular disease, myocarditis, heart attack, high blood pressure, or other heart conditions.
* Glaucoma or retinal detachment.
* Bone or muscular disorders, severe arthritis, osteoporosis, herniated discs.
* A personal or family history of aneurysms.
* Significant physical injuries, illnesses, or recent surgery.
* Persons with a cold, flu, COVID-19, or other respiratory illness are advised against doing breathwork until symptoms have cleared.
* Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler.
* Those with other respiratory conditions.
* Pregnant individuals are advised against practicing Breathwork.
* Persons on medications that affect the respiratory or cardiovascular systems.
