A Journey into Nervous System Healing Through Breath and VibrationSometimes your body doesn’t need more pushing.
Sometimes it needs space to breathe, soften, and come back into balance.
This class combines the power of conscious breathing with the healing vibrations of sound to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional release.
We’ll begin with guided breathwork to help you release stress, activate awareness, and come into the present moment. Through simple breathing techniques, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body, settle your mind, and create space for what you’ve been carrying.
Once the body feels more open and receptive, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound bath experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other grounding instruments. The vibrations are designed to support your body in reaching a deeper state of rest, helping you feel more grounded, clear, and connected.
This experience is perfect for anyone who feels overstimulated, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of a gentle way to come home to themselves.
No prior experience is needed. All levels are welcome.

In This Class, You Will Receive
A supportive space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through guided breathwork and sound healing.
You’ll be guided through simple breathwork practices to calm the nervous system, release stress, and increase body awareness. Then, you’ll be invited to rest and receive as the sound bath supports your body, mind, and energy in recalibrating.
Class Structure and Flow
☯️ Welcome & Intention Setting
We begin with a brief grounding practice and an overview of the breathwork technique for the day. Each session may explore a different breathing practice.
☯️ Guided Breathwork Practice
You’ll learn and practice accessible breathing techniques designed to regulate the nervous system, increase awareness, and release stress.
☯️ Sound Bath Meditation
After breathwork, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound healing experience with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other grounding instruments.
☯️ Integration & Closing
We close with time to ground, reflect, journal if desired, and gently re-enter your day with renewed presence.
