Join Celeste and Heather for a 90-minute Breathwork + Sound Bath Journey designed to relax, soothe + calm your nervous system.We’ll begin with guided Breathwork led by Heather to help you ground and connect inward. Then, settle into stillness as Celeste guides a live Sound Bath using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments, allowing your body and mind to fully surrender. The soothing vibrations promote clarity, reduce stress + tension, and support deep rest and healing.
