Come join us at Brilliant Light Healing and Wellness Center for a nourishing Breathwork & Sound Healing experience.

*In this Breathwork Sound Bath experience, you will be loveingly guided through a session of rebirthing-inspiried breathwork to activate chemical pathways that regulate your nervous system and induce states which give you clearer access to your inner wisdom, guidance, and insight. Once in that deep state, we flow into a healing sound bath of singing bowls and gongs to bring more calm, balance, and coherence to your mind-body and spirit. This is not just a session. It is a sacred field of sound where you can reconnect to what is real, relax and release stress, and remember the peace that already lives within you.
By doing breathwork and sound healing in combination, it puts you in a delta brainwave state- the state that is the gateway to your higher intuition, wisdom, and peace.
You will emerge from this nourishing experience feeling renewed, rebalanced, and rebirthed into a new version of yourself who is more peaceful, centered, wise, and empowered to move into your next moment with confidence, prescence, and self-love.
