Saturday In-Person Group Breathwork - FREE SESSION OR DONATION EXCHANGESaturdays are dedicated to breathwork in its two essential forms, activation and down-regulation, so you can meet your body where it’s at.
10am and 1 pm
🌀 Activation / Transformational Breathwork
This session is dynamic and energising. It’s designed to move stuck energy, break through mental and emotional blocks, and support deep inner shifts.
Expect expressive breathing, immersive sound, and a strong container for transformation.
🌿 Down-Regulation / Nervous System Support
This session is slow, grounding, and deeply calming. It supports the nervous system to settle, soften, and return to balance.
There’s no pushing or catharsis, just gentle breath, stillness, and safety.
Both sessions are held in person, in a small group setting, with care and intention.
No prior breathwork experience is required.
Each session offers something different, one activates, one restores.
