Join us for a day of transformation and connection. We will move through transformational breathwork in the beautiful Mongolian yurt (different to the monthly classes), sweat and release in the sauna, share nourishing food, immerse in nature and river dips, and build authentic community. We will end the day with some relaxation. A day to reset, reconnect and remember who you are.
