Participants will then move into approximately 30 minutes of guided breathwork, allowing the breath to open energetic pathways and support emotional and nervous system release.
As the breathwork unfolds, Bob will support the journey with Reiki drumming, helping to move and clear energy from the body while grounding the experience through sacred rhythm.
The evening will close with a guided visualization and an optional sharing circle for those who wish to reflect on their experience.This experience is designed to be safe, supportive, and deeply restorative.
