Breathwork Meditation

This meditation specifically guides you to cultivate feelings of warmth, compassion, and goodwill towards yourself, a loved one, someone neutral, and eventually, all beings. It typically invoves repeating phrases like "May I be well, happy, and peaceful" while visualizing and feeling the loving-kindness radiate out.

After this guided practice instuctor will bathe class in sound frequencies, ultilizing tools such as rainsticks, crystal bowls, etc.

Ending the practice is gassho (a Japanese hand gesture where the palms of the hands are pressed together. It is a common ritual in Buddhist practice and is used for greeting, expressing reverence, and initiaing meditation). Then allowing participants to share their experience.
