Fearless in the face of love- Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey
When we let go of trying, forcing, fixing, achieving, and instead simply show up wholeheartedly to meet THAT which simply IS from a place of kindness and compassion, beautiful shifts can begin to take place.
In this breathwork journey you will be encouraged to meet your own specific individual needs as you actively inhale and gently exhale.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach to conscious connected breathwork. This is a recognition and an honouring of your individual history, biology and nervous system.
You will find the pace of breath which allows you to enter into deep presence and union with self.

• Greeting every part of you which has been longing for your attention.
  
• Tending lovingly to the unexpressed fear, grief, joy, pleasure, anger from a place of love and acceptance.
  
• Listening to the impulses of your body to move, make sound and let go, or gently bathe in your inner peace and aliveness.

The session will be safely guided by Natalie (Evolve Breath & Body), and lovingly supported by Kasia and Miriam, both of whom are qualified breathwork facilitators.

The breathwork will be accompanied with a live sound healing transmission through Grace & Conch (Orions portal), who will be transmitting the frequency of unconditional love through their live channelled music

Evolve Breath & Body
Evolve Breathwork is a trauma informed, somatic breathwork modality which supports the release of physical tension, unprocessed trauma and unacknowledged emotion which may be stored in the body. Natalie uses conscious connected breathwork in a therapeutic and individualised way to support clients to re-connect to their body and the innate intelligence it holds

Natalie, Miriam, Kasia & Conch all met during breathwork facilitator training in Poland where they became certified Biodynamic Breathwork practitioners.
