Join us for a powerful, heart-opening experience designed to awaken your energy, release stuck emotions, and spark your creative vision.

🌿 What to Expect
We’ll begin with an opening circle to ground ourselves and connect as a group. Once settled, you’ll get cozy—think blankets, bolsters, and an optional eye mask—then lie down and close your eyes.

Guided by Julian and Nathaniel, you’ll flow into a simple yet profound breathwork practice set to evocative music and prompts. For 25-35 minutes, your breath will help you unlock tension, soften into your heart, and move through held emotions with ease and grace. As the session unfolds, you may experience a heightened state of awareness, emotional release, and deep inner stillness.

Afterward, we’ll come back together in a closing circle to share and integrate the experience as a group.

🌟 What to Bring

• Your lovely self (free from alcohol or psychoactive substances).
• An eye mask (highly recommended!).
• A light stomach—try to avoid heavy meals within an hour before we begin.

🌸 Before You Arrive
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and enjoy the space. Doors close 5 minutes after the start time, so please arrive on time—we wouldn’t want you to miss the magic once we begin!

Bio:

Julian and Nathaniel bring over a decade of combined experience in healing practices and meditation, crafting unique self-healing experiences for communities in California, New York, and Mexico. Breathwork has been a cornerstone of their personal and shared healing journeys, leading them to complete five levels of training with renowned healer David Elliott in 2022.

As co-creators of Spirit Camp Retreat Center in Mendocino, California, they are dedicated to providing safe, nurturing environments where people can reconnect with their authentic selves, community, and the Earth. Forever curious and committed to their own growth, Julian and Nathaniel draw from a wide range of healing modalities, weaving them into their work with creativity and care. Their facilitation style empowers individuals to trust their inner guidance, fostering a space for deep self-healing and transformation.
