Breathwork Journey - From Darkness to Lightness

We’re delighted to announce our newest, one of a kind experience combining movement, breathwork and meditation - all with the use of our magical headphones for a super immersive feel. Summer is coming to an end, days are becoming shorter so it’s a perfect opportunity to dive inwards, get cosy and learn how to shift the darkness into lightness.

This session is one of a kind blend of the releasing and opening body freeflow, connected breathwork technique, finished with soothing and heartwarming meditation.

Freeflow body movement is a guided, creative method to access and release stored energy and trapped emotions in the body. Connected Breathwork is a powerful and dynamic technique using continuous, rhythmic breathing to continue the above process. We will incorporate intuitive sound, movement and breath retention to deepen the experience and to enhance it. Here we aim to bypass mental barriers and foster a state of deep relaxation and work towards dissolving emotional blockages, promoting clarity and shifting toward a more authentic, higher and lighter version of ourselves.

The session will be finished with soothing and calming meditation, helping us to integrate the new reality of lighter and more authentic Self. All participants will be served a hot drink and have an opportunity to chat with others or simply to take some time before leaving the studio.

The whole experience is fully led with the use of headphones. Blindfolds will be available on site and are highly encouraged. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, a cushion and a blanket to keep cosy and warm. Feel free to bring your own mug.

*Please note that pictures will be taken during the session and it is your responsibility to let the organisers know if you don’t want to be on them BEFORE the beginning of the session.
