Join us for a soulful two-hour immersive breathwork workshop at Canal Street Coffee on Wednesday 29th April, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

This evening is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and explore the power of your breath in a deeper and more meaningful way. Together, we will journey through both the science and practice of breathwork, helping you to better understand how the breath can influence your energy, nervous system, emotions, focus, and overall sense of wellbeing.

The workshop will include grounded teaching and insight, followed by an immersive guided breathwork session designed to help you shift energy, release tension, and let go of what you’ve been holding onto. This is a space to step away from the noise of everyday life, drop into the body, and reconnect with yourself through one of the most powerful tools we have — the breath.

The session will be guided by Chris Wimshurst, a certified breathwork practitioner who has been practising and facilitating breathwork for over five years, with a deep knowledge of different breathwork modalities and a particular focus on Tibetan Tumo style breathwork / cyclical hyperventilation.

Chris is also an experienced mindset and resilience coach, a qualified business psychologist, and a cognitive behavioural coach. Since 2018, he has worked with over 500 individuals, supporting people from all walks of life in becoming more grounded, resilient, and aligned - both personally and professionally.

Whether you are completely new to breathwork or already on your own journey, this workshop offers a welcoming and supportive space to breathe, learn, release, and reset.
