Breathwork In Focus with Rey Somatics

Ever heard of biodynamic breathwork? Get a chance to explore this trauma informed somatic practice for FREE! Somatic practitioner Rey will guide us through an introduction to the Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System before giving you a chance to try it for yourself.

This workshop will be photographed and video recorded to use for future social media posts and other content. By registering you consent to be photographed and Rey will provide a release form on the day of the event. The last 20 minutes will be camera free to allow for uninterrupted breathwork!

Please wear plain, comfortable clothes ideally in shades of blue and neutral! Avoid large logos, graphics or bold patterns. We will have extra items available if needed to match the color scheme.
