What to bring?
-Yoga Mat
-Blanket or pillow for warmth
-Water bottle to stay hydrated
Wear loose, comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
Cost
£5 introductory session
£10 per session after that
Payment can be made in cash on the day or via bank transfer
(see me for bank details on the day)

We are the big glass building in the centre of Cefn Mawr opposite The Holly Bush Inn.
We do not have private parking but there are two car parks a VERY short walk away at either end of the village:
Crane Street Car Park, Cefn Mawr, LL14 3AD – Free Parking week at all times (38 spaces / 3 disabled spaces)
Well Street Car Park, Cefn Mawr, LL14 3AE – Free Parking all week at all times (24 Spaces)
There is also a large free car park before the roundabout to Tesco and the village - it’s at the old Co-op site next to the community cafe - just a short walk up the hill.
If you choose to come by public transport the nearest rail station is Ruabon Station and if you come by bus you catch the 2/2A/2C from Wrexham
