This form of active group meditation involves using a guided controlled breathing process and music to access altered states of consciousness by oxygenating the blood and stimulating the pineal gland (the small organ in your brain that regulates sleep, hormonal health, and well-being).

Then you’re ready for breathwork combined with halotherapy. Halotherapy is better known as dry salt therapy. How it works is dry salt air is dispersed into the beautiful therapy room we’ll be doing our breathwork in. When the salty air is inhaled into your respiratory system, it absorbs and removes the allergens and toxins in your lungs which opens the airway passages making it easier for you to breathe.

Refund policy: *No refund if unable to attend, but may transfer your workshop spot to someone else. If workshop canceled due to weather, it will be rescheduled and original refund policy applies. If canceled for host’s reasons, participant will receive a full refund or opportunity to attend rescheduled workshop if applicable.
Option: Many in our last class wanted extra processing time afterward in the salt room. You now have this option. For $25 you can stay in this beautiful environment for another 45 minutes to allow your body maximum integration and healing.
