Hello everyone,
Im happy to invite you to this transformative experience that will help you take a big step towards your growth's path!
THE EVENT
We will start with a connected breathwork session in a beautiful finca surounded by nature in a spot that you can see gran canaria from.
After the session, we will leave some time to hydrate and integrate while I turn in the wooden sauna and I prepare the ice bath.
When ready, we will jump into the cold exposure experience in which you will learn how the will is more powerful than the mind, letting go of fears and traumas, you will experience PURE JOY✨... followed by a very warm sauna to heat up again.
After everyone's gone through the cold, we will keep the sauna on, and we will again share and integrate while having amazing vegan food with our organic and local products brought by Belén (@jagritilife)
THE PLACE
Finca is located in the km 3 of Subida de Los Loros, in Arafo. But once you sing up, I will provide you with further details.
We are surrounded by pine trees and we get to admire Pico Cho Marcial on one side, and Gran Canaria on the other side.
WHAT TO BRING?
Towel, Mat, swimming suit and comfortable warm clothes for after the ice experience.
