Week 1: Awakening to the Power of Breathwork
❂ Introducing you to the fundamental concepts of rebirthing breathwork and the scientific research supporting the benefits of breathwork.
❂ You will be guided to develop an understanding of how breathwork can alleviate stress and begin practising simple techniques to experience immediate relaxation.
Week 2: Releasing Stored Stress and Tension
