Join Meghan Thomas for Breathwork for Transformation on Friday, July 12th @ 6pm.
In this powerful breathwork class we will be connecting with the deepest part of ourselves, shedding what no longer serves, and learning to love ourselves more deeply.
Each session is different for each person and one thing is for certain you will leave feeling incredibly different from when you came. Most people experience feeling calmer, clearer, less stressed and more creative after.

Meghan will explain the technique and then lead you through the active breathing part (there’s a little bit of work in BreathWORK). This part has a spin class vibe to it with powerful music. Then you will experience a massive heart opening visualization to help you ground, integrate, rest, and heal with the sacred sound instruments.

🌟Wear comfy clothes (dress in layers, some people get hot/cold during the active breathing)
🌟Bring whatever you’d like for maximum comfort lying down for an hour (yoga mat, bolster, blanket, pillow, eye mask)
