Join Eliza Kuchuk for this 90 minute workshop to explore the energetic body.
In yoga, breathwork is called pranayama, meaning an extension of our vital life force energy. Pranayama can instantly elevate our spirit, regulate our nervous system, and even connect us to the divine.
Practice will start with a short discussion of prana and how it flows through the body, and then move into pranayama (breathwork) followed by a gentle flow with additional breathing practices throughout. We will end with a guided meditation, extended savasana, and group reflection.
