Breathwork Event hosted by SISTAIN and led by Corene Phelps

Join us for a 60-minute breathwork session to find grounding and balance during the busy holiday season! This event is led by Corene Phelps (www.corene-phelps.com)

Cost: $20 - all proceeds go to support Food Bank of the Rockies

We encourage you to arrive early between 5:00-5:30 to allow time for parking and finding a comfortable spot. The event will start promptly at 5:30 pm.

You can find metered, garage and parking lot options surrounding the building. Please allow extra time to park!
