I’m Virginia Wilcsek, a licensed therapist and a certified breathwork practitioner with a deep passion for supporting individuals on their healing journey through trauma-informed practices. With a background in holistic wellness and somatic healing, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people reconnect with their inner strength and create lasting peace.
As a certified breathwork practitioner, I specialize in using this powerful tool to regulate the nervous system, release trauma stored in the body, and foster emotional healing. I combine evidence-based techniques with compassionate guidance to help you build resilience and reconnect with yourself.

After a breathwork session, participants may experience a variety of sensations and emotional states, including:

Important Information About Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious connected breathwork can result in powerful physiological and emotional releases. While these sessions are safe, illuminating, and transformative, they may cause:
- Somatic unwinding (tingling, buzzing, vibrating)
